Stefano Papale is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Chief Business Development Officer at SYNERGY CONSTRUCT since July 2025, Stefano leads global EPC project operations. Previously held the position of Global Head of Business Development at FATA from January 2015 to July 2025, managing commercial activities for medium-large utility power plants. Early career roles included R&D Manager at Bio Hi-Tech, Trade Analyst at the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK, and various positions at EDF, where responsibilities encompassed energy efficiency project development and international business development. Stefano's technical expertise includes process engineering for IGCC technology and analytical instrument development. Recently completed the Executive Programme in Strategic Management at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2024.
