Mark Ferguson

Mark Ferguson is an experienced Project Manager at Synertec Ltd since February 2022, previously serving as a Quality Analyst at BPA Quality UK from May 2018 to February 2022. Mark has a background in archery coordination, having worked as the Co-ordinator for the South West and Wales regions with the UK Student Archery Association from August 2015 to January 2020. Additional experience includes volunteering as a journalist and historical columnist for The Reporter in Milborne Saint Andrew, and a stint as a Recruitment Consultant at Aptus Recruitment Ltd in 2016. Mark's early career includes roles at the University of Exeter as a Squad and Competitions Officer, a Sales Assistant at Shell, and volunteering with Age UK and Southampton Archaeology Unit. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Ancient History and a BA in Ancient History from the University of Exeter, complemented by education at King Edward VI School in Southampton.
