JK Settle possesses extensive experience in training, instructional design, and development within various sectors, including defense and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Technical Training at LMI since October 2023, JK Settle supports ERP system deployment. Prior roles include Trainer/Instructional Design & Development Lead at Bart & Associates, Inc. and Training Programs Lead at By Light Professional IT Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing training for DOD-DISA cyber portfolios and IBM Maximo deployment for the VHA. Additional experience includes technical training at Leidos, business analysis and training for Department of the Treasury programs, strategic consulting for integrated marketing campaigns, and content production in the media industry. JK Settle holds a B.A. in Human Relations from High Point University.
