Sumit Rathi

Sumit Rathi is an experienced professional in quality assurance and testing, currently serving as a Test Lead at HCL Technologies since May 2019. Prior to this role, Sumit held various positions including Senior QA and QA Lead at Synerzip, where responsibilities included analyzing requirement documents, preparing Requirement Traceability Matrices, and delivering the Apache Talent Management project for the Chaione client across mobile and web platforms. Additional experience includes a Test Lead position at Motifworks, QA Lead role at ChaiOne, and a Senior SME position at Amdocs, focusing on manual functional testing and web services testing. Early in the career, Sumit gained foundational experience as an Engineering Trainee at SQS Group and completed a Master's Degree in Computer Programming from CDAC, Pune, following a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication from Amravati University. PMP training was also undertaken to enhance project management skills.
