Andrew Settle has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew currently serves as the Head of Development at Synetec, where they lead the development team, recruits contractors and permanent staff, and provides technical consultancy to clients. Prior to this, they were the Head of Technology at The Law Superstore from 2017 to 2022.
From 2014 to 2022, Andrew worked at reallymoving as the Head of Technology. In this role, they oversaw the in-house development of the company's website and managed a team of developers and UX professionals. Before that, they served as the Web Development Manager at Advanced Computer Software Group Plc, where they managed a team and developed multiple websites for the company.
Andrew's earlier experience includes working at St John Ambulance in various roles such as Web Development Manager, Internet & Telecoms Manager, and Webmaster. Andrew played a key role in revamping the organization's website, integrating it with a new SAP system, and developing an intranet platform.

Andrew Settle earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from UCL, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
