Mathilde Tavares

Mathilde Tavares is a seasoned professional in training management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Responsable formation at SYNETIS since May 2023, Mathilde oversees internal training programs, manages training budgets, and ensures quality compliance under the QUALIOPI standard. Prior to this, Mathilde held the same title at John Paul from January 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included onboarding new concierges, piloting training projects for the EMEA region, and leading continuous training initiatives focused on quality improvement. Earlier experience as a Consultante formation at ADECOMI from February 2009 to December 2015 involved assisting companies in designing training plans, facilitating needs assessment, and managing competency assessments. Mathilde holds a BTS in Communication des Entreprises from Lycée Gustave Eiffel, completed between 2006 and 2008.
