At Syngoi we produce linear, covalently locked, minimal DNA constructs containing only the DNA sequence of interest. We have developed and patented cell-free production methods to synthesise oDNA containing natural and/or non-natural nucleotides as adaptors. This scalable process allows manufacturing under GMP conditions, cost-effective, high-fidelity, significantly faster than pDNA production and customisable.
