Thomas Syfrig

Thomas Syfrig currently serves as CFO at Synhelion, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Thomas held the CFO role at poenina holding ag from June 2021 to July 2022, where a merger with Burkhalter Holding AG took place. From January 2017 to April 2021, Thomas was Leiter Finanzen & Services and CFO at Bergbahnen Flumserberg. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager position in Debt & Capital Advisory at KPMG and various roles at Credit Suisse, culminating in the position of Director in Special Credit Solutions and International Restructuring. Thomas also gained experience in M&A and corporate development as an Analyst at Liberty Global and corporate finance at Cablecom GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, a Lic. oec. HSG from the University of St.Gallen, and participation in the Erasmus Programme at Lund University.
