Digambar Dhande

Digambar (Digs) Dhande is a seasoned professional in data migration and governance, currently serving as a Delivery Partner & Pre-Sales / Value Engineering at Syniti since December 2018. In this role, Digambar acts as the key contact for clients on various data migration projects, overseeing project delivery from initial scoping to completion while building trust with customers. Prior experience includes significant roles at Reckitt Benckiser and BackOffice Associates, where Digambar led data migration efforts, managed high-level delivery activities, and developed methodologies to improve ETL processes. Digambar has also contributed to several high-profile projects within companies such as Nomad Foods, Colt Technology Services, and Kerry, establishing best practices and leading diverse teams to ensure successful data management solutions. Digambar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Pune University.
