Jay Hornback

Jay Hornback is an experienced professional in the fields of solution architecture, consulting, and software development. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Syniti since November 2024, Hornback previously held the role of Director, Solution Architect/Sales Enablement at Jitterbit from April 2023 to October 2024, following the acquisition of Zudy, where a similar role was maintained from January 2018 to March 2023. Hornback's expertise includes managing development teams to create custom software solutions, optimizing business processes, and integrating disparate systems. Prior to Zudy, Hornback contributed to the growth of NYMBL LLC as a Solution Architect and served as a Senior Data Migration Consultant at BackOffice Associates®. Educational qualifications include an MBA in IT Management and Marketing from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky.
