Mark Thompson

Mark Thompson is an experienced professional in data migration and conversion, currently serving as a Solution Partner at Syniti since May 2021. Previously, Mark held multiple roles including Delivery Lead and RTR Data Conversion Lead at Tapestry, where responsibilities focused on data conversion methodologies and strategy for the Kate Spade work stream. Mark's significant experience includes serving as Data Migration Lead at General Mills, where the focus was on converting employees from SAP HCM to Workday, and as a Senior Data Migration Consultant at both EY and BackOffice Associates, overseeing various conversion activities. Mark has also managed data migration projects for notable organizations including 3M and American Water. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Management from North Carolina State University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
