Matt Gale

Matt Gale is an experienced professional in data migration and consultancy, currently serving as a Delivery Partner at Syniti since May 2019, where responsibilities encompass leading data migration projects for various high-profile clients, including Imperial Brands and Sasol SA. Prior to this role, Matt held multiple positions at BackOffice Associates from January 2014 to May 2019, demonstrating expertise as a Migration Team Lead for Zurich Insurance Group and as a Senior Consultant for notable companies such as Lidl. Previous experience includes data migration roles at ENTOTA and National Grid, where significant contributions were made to methodologies and processes related to data governance and SAP implementations. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Portsmouth, obtained in 2009.
