Scott Crooks

Scott Crooks has extensive experience in finance and business strategy. Scott currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance and Business Strategy at Syniti, a role they have held since 2022. In this position, they co-founded and leads the Business Transformation Office, focusing on improving margins through consistency and better controls. Scott also drives success in the NA business unit.

Prior to their current role, Scott held various roles at Syniti, starting from 2016. Scott served as the Director of Finance and Business Strategy, where they focused on the strategic maturation of the company and co-led the Business Transformation Office. Scott also held the role of Senior Financial Analyst, where they supported the President of the North America business unit and built relationships with other business leaders.

Before joining Syniti, Scott worked at Deltek from 2011 to 2016, where they held the positions of Sr. Principal Finance Generalist and Principal Finance Generalist. Scott provided support to the Enterprise, International, and Channel sales unit and played a key role in consolidating data from multiple accounting systems.

Earlier in their career, Scott worked at Raytheon as a Principal Financial Analyst, responsible for managing a large budget and ensuring accuracy in government contracting requirements. Scott also worked at Sprint as a Lead Business Analyst, where they managed the International Carrier Operations group and focused on cost-per-minute forecasting and route management for international voice traffic.

Scott's experience also includes working at FiberNet Engineering and Construction as a Purchasing & Reporting Manager, where they were responsible for material procurement and distribution for the company's fiber-optic backbone project.
