Tripta Kapur has over a decade of experience in human resources and operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Delivery Operations & Analytics Manager for APJ at Syniti since July 2017, Tripta has also held the role of Resource Management Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at Panasonic Asia Pacific as a Human Resources Executive, Boehringer Ingelheim as an HR Administrator, and managerial roles at Home. Additional contract roles include Workforce Management Specialist at Adecco Solutions APAC and People Technology and Operations Specialist at Google. Tripta's career began at Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Executive Ship Management Pte Ltd as a Human Resources Executive. Tripta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance and Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources from Singapore Management University.
