Dima Qasho

Dima Qasho has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Starting in 2001, they worked at Jawwal as the Manager of the Anti Fraud Department, where they established the anti-fraud function and managed customer interactions. In 2004, they became the Risk Operations Department Manager at Jawwal, where they managed the fraud, revenue assurance, and credit control teams. They increased the collection percentage and maintained low fraud levels. In 2008, Dima joined Subex Ltd as the MENA Sales Director, where they won significant deals and broadened the company's sales in the region. In 2015, they moved to Tecnotree Corporation as the Sales Director for MENA. Currently, Dima is working at Syniverse as the Head of Sales Europe North, responsible for leading the sales team and driving growth in the region.

Dima Qasho obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Birzeit University between 1997 and 2001.
