Emma Blatch

Emma Blatch has a extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Emma started their career at Hutchison Telecoms in 2005 as an Inbound Manager, where they built and managed a sales team and achieved sales goals. Emma then moved on to Virgin Media as a Call Centre Duty Manager, responsible for leadership and operational stability. In 2007, they joined 123-reg.co.uk as the Customer Services Director, overseeing a large technical support staff and focusing on customer satisfaction. Emma then joined Host Europe Group in 2008 as the Strategic Implementation Director, leading corporate change management and project management functions. Emma later worked at THIRD BRIDGE GROUP LIMITED as a Consultant Freelance, providing consultative services to private equity companies. Currently, Emma is employed at Syniverse, where they hold various vice president roles, including VP Product - Outsource Carrier Solutions, VP EMEA Customer Support and Operations, and VP Global Clearing Operations.
