Tara Neely

Tara Neely is an experienced implementation manager currently serving as Implementation Manager III at Syniverse since August 2016, following her role as Implementation Manager at Syniverse Technologies from June 2007 to March 2016. At Syniverse, Tara develops and manages comprehensive project and implementation plans for messaging and network products, while communicating risks and changes to management and clients. Prior to her tenure at Syniverse, Tara worked at VeriSign as a Project Manager for Implementations, managing cross-functional teams for Intra-carrier Short Messaging Services (IC-SMS) from April 2003 to June 2007, and earlier as a Customer Service Specialist from April 1999 to 2003, where Tara supported customer accounts and troubleshooting. Tara holds an education background from South Puget Sound College from 1998 to 2001.
