Tom Ford has extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in international operations. Tom has held various leadership positions in different companies, including Syniverse, where they served as the VP Legal International Operations, providing legal advice and assistance to the company's international operations. Prior to that, they worked as an Experienced International Attorney and General Counsel, Europe at Covidien, where they managed a team and ensured legal and compliance risks were identified and mitigated. Tom also served as the Deputy General Counsel EMEA at Covidien, supporting the company's business operations in the EMEA region and managing commercial agreements. Before joining Covidien, Tom worked as an Associate Counsel - Healthcare at The Linde Group, where they provided legal counsel to their healthcare division, and as a Corporate Counsel at The BOC Group, where they supported the packaged gases business. Tom's earlier experience includes roles as a Business Development Manager at OnCue Telecommunications Limited, a Commercial Manager at TI Group plc, and as a Solicitor at Norton Rose Group.
