Wayne Nelson is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in project management and financial operations. Currently serving as the VP of the Project Management Office and VP CFO at Syniverse since August 2022, Wayne has previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Digital Hands and served as a Senior Consultant at Cofinity Group, Inc. Between September 2009 and December 2013, Wayne was the VP of Finance at Interxion, overseeing finance operations and establishing financial strategies. Wayne's background at Syniverse includes roles as VP Finance/Controller, where responsibilities encompassed corporate accounting, SEC reporting, and financial planning for over two decades. Wayne holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University - Newark and a B.A. in Economics/Accounting from the University of Rochester.
