Fred Pape

Fred Pape is the current Chief Experience Officer at SynkedUP. Fred has previous experience as a Chief Operating Officer at DeFranco Landscaping, Inc., as well as a Vice President Operations at Decker's Landscape and Aquatics. Fred was also a Specialty Projects Manager at Lentzcaping and Champlain Stone, Ltd. Pape's first experience in the field was as a Project Coordinator at Aquascape Inc. from January 2006 to March 2014. Fred then moved on to Ski Ward Ski Area where they were the Assistant Director from January 2003 to December 2006.

Fred Pape studied landscape architecture at Cornell University and earned their bachelor's degree from the school.

They are on a team with Steph Matthews - Customer Success Specialist, Phil Borlin - CTO, and Stephanie Brodt - Executive Assistant. Fred Pape reports to Weston Zimmerman, CEO.
