Dev Kiran is currently the Delivery Head, Recruitment at Synkriom. Prior to this, they were with Synkriom Inc for 5 years and 5 months, where they held positions such as Vice President and Key Account Manager. Before that, they were an Account Manager with Intone Networks, where they were responsible for managing the recruitment process for key accounts. Dev has also worked as an Assistant Manager with Infinite Computer Solutions for 5 months, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Nalgan USA for 2 years and 7 months. Dev has extensive experience in the recruitment field, and has successfully implemented the full recruitment process lifecycle for various companies. Dev is an expert in sourcing and uncovering candidates from internal databases, job boards and professional sites. Dev is also skilled in screening candidates' profiles to assess their qualifications against a technical job description. Dev has a proven track record of presenting validated candidate resumes to hiring managers and keeping candidates engaged throughout the entire hiring process.

Dev Kiran has a Bachelor's degree from Andhra University in Information Technology and also attended kendrya vidhyalaya Nagpur from 1991 to 2000.
