Rick Shea

Rick Shea is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Co-Chair for the Holly Hill Farm Capital Campaign and the Campaign For Peace at the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute, Rick also holds the position of Corporate Finance Consultant at GlycoEra AG and Chair of the Audit Committee at Synlogic Therapeutics. Additionally, Rick has been Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Jose Mateo Ballet Theatre since 2002, and previously functioned as Interim CFO at Pillar Biosciences Incorporated and CFO at Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Momenta Pharmaceuticals, and Variagenics, Inc. Earlier career experience includes serving as VP of Finance at Genetics Institute. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Public Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and an AB from Princeton University.
