Michael M.

Michael M. has worked in the IT industry since 2017. Michael began their career at Liquid Web as a Migrations Technician and Linux Support Technician. In this role, they were responsible for migrating customers' external hosting solutions to Liquid Web's hosting platforms and providing general customer support related to CentOS 5+ and LAMP stack troubleshooting. Michael also created Bash scripts to aid in the automation and function of certain migration tasks and improved their proficiency in network troubleshooting. In 2021, Michael M. joined Synod Community Services as an IT Manager. In this role, they are responsible for Linux and Windows Systems Administration for 100+ employees across 12 locations, Active Directory and Google Workspace administration, and full stack development of applications to streamline employee workflow using Java, PHP, HTML, and CSS.

Michael M. is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer Programming at Lansing Community College, which they began in 2021. Michael previously attended Michigan State University from 2010 to 2014, where they studied General Studies. Additionally, they attended Schoolcraft College from 2011 to 2012, studying Sound Recording Technology. Michael also holds two certifications: cPanel and WHM Administrator, obtained from cPanel in July 2017, and CompTIA A+ ce Certification, obtained from CompTIA in January 2018.
