Vincent ROLLIN has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vincent began their career as an Engineer at Capgemini in February 2002 and worked there until January 2004. Following that, from July 2002 to March 2004, they served as the Co-founder and CTO of BUSINESSHOP. In March 2004, they co-founded SYNOLIA, where they worked as the Co-founder and CIO. At SYNOLIA, Vincent assisted companies in their digitalization and helped free them from technical constraints, providing technological solutions for their digital transformation. Vincent's most recent work experience is as the Co-founder and President of Synolia Canada, starting in August 2022.

Vincent Rollin's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled at Université Lumière Lyon 2. Vincent pursued a Master's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, completing their studies in 2001. In the same year, they also attended Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, where they earned a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General. Additionally, in 2001, Vincent briefly attended the University of Oklahoma for Computer Science engineering related to databases.
