Chris Cooper has extensive experience in channel management, technical support, and sales, currently serving as a Distribution Channel Manager at Synology since August 2017. In various roles within the company, including Enterprise Account Manager and Tier II Support Manager, Chris has managed teams, improved internal systems, and expanded support capabilities. Prior to Synology, Chris worked at Seattle Goodwill Industries, enhancing e-commerce processes and managing customer support in the Electronics division. Chris also has hands-on experience in installation and fabrication with Eastside Interiors & Design LLC and owned T.E.C.H.S. Repair, offering mobile PC repair and tech services. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington Bothell, majoring in Society, Ethics, & Human Behavior with a minor in Consciousness Studies.
