Scott Coad has a diverse work experience in various industries. Scott started their career in 2011 as a Customer Service representative at Safeway. In 2013, they worked as a Bank Teller at Wells Fargo Bank for four years. Scott then joined The Johnson Group in 2017 as a Jr Web Developer, where they collaborated remotely with the web development team to create websites for clients. Later in 2017, they joined Synology America Corp. as a Technical Support Specialist, providing customer service and technical support for NAS appliances and Wi-Fi routers. Currently, they hold the role of Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist at Synology.

Scott Coad has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017.
