William Slater

William Slater has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as Director of Sales and Marketing at Goosewing Ranch from 2011 to 2013. William then worked as a Cabinet Maker at Pearson Millwork from 2013 to the same year. From 2013 to 2016, William worked at Webonise Lab as a Software Engineer and Project Manager. In 2016 they moved on to Axial Exchange, Inc. where they were the Director of Development and Web Application Developer/Scrum Master. From 2017 to 2021, William held the roles of VP of Engineering and Sr. Director of Product & Engineering at REIN. Most recently, they have been the Director, Connected Insurance Platforms at Volvo Financial Services since 2021, and will soon take on the role of Senior Frontend Engineer/Technical Product Manager at Synop starting in 2022.

William Slater obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism and Computer Science from the University of Montana.
