Synopia (from the Greek: syn = together & opia = vision), was born from our desire to look together: originally three people, three professional identities, sharing the passion for the same profession.

At the convergence of several views, there is a concentration of flavors and tastes, a nectar that has no shared value. We cultivate both the complexity of lived experiences and the desire to live common values of calm and simplicity.

Our project became obvious to us: by uniting our respective networks, to become a skills center for supervision and coaching professionals in French-speaking Switzerland.

With this in mind, we have created for you:
