David Parker

David Parker is a Network Engineer III at Synoptek, where they troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Previously, they worked as a Network Engineer at Women's Health USA and gained extensive experience in managing enterprise networks, including firewalls and VoIP systems. David’s career in information technology began after earning a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Psychology from Central Connecticut State University. They also completed training in Information Technology, Microsoft, and Cisco at New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
