Toby Wikoff

Toby Wikoff is currently the Senior Manager of Support Operations at Synoptek, where they oversee the EOC, Endpoint Management, and Patching and Deployment teams. Toby has been with Synoptek since 2016, following the acquisition of EarthLink's IT Hosted Services, and has progressed from Lead Systems Engineer to their current role. Prior to Synoptek, Toby gained extensive experience at EarthLink and Deltacom, starting as a Senior Workstation Support Tech and advancing to senior engineering roles. Toby graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems from Auburn University, where they began their career in IT.
