SynopticFeed delivers satellite weather intelligence to energy trading desks.

Every weather data provider in this market sells forecasts: predictions about what the atmosphere will do. Forecasts can be wrong. When they are, the market misprices energy, and traders who relied on those predictions lose.

We operate differently. SynopticFeed receives raw GOES satellite broadcasts and processes them into actionable signals before the same data reaches public channels. When the weather contradicts the forecast, our clients see it first.

Our intelligence targets the moments that move power markets: lightning threatening transmission infrastructure, cloud cover disrupting solar generation, storm systems arriving ahead of schedule. These are observation-driven signals, not model outputs, not predictions, not consensus weather.

We serve discretionary and quantitative trading desks across U.S. ISO regions, including PJM, ERCOT, CAISO, ISO-NE, MISO, NYISO, and SPP.
