Bhauvik Tripathi

Bhauvik Tripathi has a diverse work experience ranging from founding and managing technology companies to holding various roles in business architecture and project management. Bhauvik is the Managing Director of Synotive, a leading technology solutions provider in Australia, where they drive digital transformations for businesses. Bhauvik is also a Co-Founder of Sentrient, a technology-focused compliance solution for Australian workplaces. Prior to these ventures, they founded Shivam Technologies and worked as a Director, focusing on brand development, web traffic growth, and online marketing. Bhauvik has also held roles as a Business Architect at Lumley and OAMPS Limited, where they evaluated architectural feasibility, improved business processes, and provided consultation on projects. Bhauvik started their career as an Analyst Programmer at CompuTyme Pvt Ltd. In their previous roles, Bhauvik has delivered critical solutions, specialized in online education systems, implemented technical process improvements, and worked on complex integration issues using various tools and technologies.

Bhauvik Tripathi completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from North Maharashtra University in 1995. Bhauvik then pursued a Masters of Engineering in Information Technology from RMIT University, graduating in 1998. Later, in 2009, they obtained an eMBA in Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Additionally, Tripathi has certifications as a Certified Database Administrator and Certified Trainer from Microsoft, as well as completing the Leadership Academy from Anthony Robbins Companies. Bhauvik also holds certifications as a Neoro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and NLP Practitioner.
