Jonathan Wood

Jonathan Wood is a Research and Development Engineer at Synova SA since December 2023, with previous experience as a Senior Review Operations Specialist at Frontiers where responsibilities included streamlining the peer review process using Excel and Tableau. Jonathan has held research roles at TWINCON LIMITED, designing electromagnets for improving the yield of Reused Tyre Steel Fibres and investigating magnetic characterisation for recycling processes. Academic achievements include a PhD in Material Science & Engineering from the University of Sheffield, complemented by a Master's in Manufacturing Technology & Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's in Experimental Physics from the University of York. Additional roles in customer service and coordination early in Jonathan's career contributed to strong communication and organizational skills.
