Austin Boyd

Austin Boyd is the Chief Executive Officer of Synovix, Inc. They previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Whitespace Innovations, Inc. from 2014 to 2025, a startup providing business consulting services to defense and aerospace businesses, colleges, non-profits, and economic development agencies. Prior to that, they were Senior Vice President for Strategy and Business Development at Davidson Technologies (2012–2014), where they quintupled the bid rate and doubled the pipeline with a high proposal win rate. They also led INERGI as Chief Executive Officer (2010–2012), guiding a turnaround that culminated in its acquisition by LSINC. They served in the United States Navy for twenty-one years as Commander, earned two satellite communications patents, and held a BA in Human Physiology from Rice University and an MSEE in Space Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
