Casey Austin

Casey Austin is an experienced professional in project and systems management, currently serving as a Sr. Systems Support Manager at Synovus since June 2022, overseeing critical system changes for the Mortgage organization. Previously, Casey held various leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including VP - Project Execution Manager, where project management encompassed Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and at Chase, focusing on program management and business applications. Casey’s extensive background also includes positions at Washington Mutual Finance Co. as Lead Application Developer and Florida Blue in development and analytics roles. Casey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus and another from Florida State College at Jacksonville, supplemented by an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from the same institution.
