David Posada

David Posada is an accomplished professional in the field of cybersecurity and technology audit, currently serving as the Executive Audit Director for Cybersecurity & Technology at Synovus since June 2022. Prior experience includes various senior management roles at The Home Depot from September 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities spanned cybersecurity risk assessment, advisory, and technology audit functions. David's career also includes a position in IT Audit at SunTrust from April 2012 to September 2014 and a role in risk management at COUNTRY Financial® from October 2008 to April 2012. David holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Systems Audit and Control from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Oglethorpe University.
