George Lyons, CFA, is a private credit and specialty finance expert with extensive knowledge in structured lending, private credit, and securitization financing. They played a pivotal role in launching KBRA's Structured Credit group in 2018, co-authoring the Structured Credit methodology and developing the K-PAT portfolio default analysis tool. Previously, George served as Vice President at Rabobank, where they managed a substantial securitization portfolio and executed trades exceeding $6 billion. They are currently the Director of the Structured Lending Division at Synovus and have prior experience as a Portfolio Manager at WebBank. George holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.
