Jeff Walker

Jeff Walker is an experienced credit risk manager currently serving at Synovus, focusing on CRE syndications since November 2022. Previously, Jeff held the position of Principal at Walker Real Estate Advisory Group from November 2020 to November 2022, specializing in underwriting and due diligence. From July 2017 to November 2020, Jeff was the Managing Director of Commercial Services at Birdsey Group, overseeing a team of underwriters in commercial real estate. Prior experience includes various roles at Cushman & Wakefield, where Jeff contributed to over $4 billion in closed commercial real estate transactions, and at Capmark, underwriting approximately $1.2 billion in deals.
