Jonathon Gurley

Jonathon Gurley has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Director of Variable Compensation and previously holding multiple leadership roles at Synovus since January 2012, including Director of Sales Performance Management and Senior Manager of Sales Incentive Management. Jonathon began his career at Athens First Bank & Trust, where roles included Business Analyst and Management Associate from May 2006 to January 2012. Jonathon earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, both magna cum laude, from The University of Georgia and its Terry College of Business between 2002 and 2006.
