Kent Fleming is the Head of C&I Credit Risk at Pinnacle Financial Partners since 2026. Previously, Kent held multiple roles at Synovus, including Chief Commercial Credit Officer and Chief Specialty Credit Officer, from 2009 to 2018, alongside serving as Director of C&I Credit Risk and roles in Corporate and Branch Banking. Kent earned a degree as a Banking Specialist from The Banking School of the South at LSU between 1993 and 1995.
