Lasonya Walker

LaSonya Walker is a finance and housing specialist with extensive experience in financial management and administration. Currently serving as a Finance Specialist at Empyrean and a Financial Management Specialist at Empyrean Construction since May 2022, LaSonya also holds a position as a Bank Employee at Synovus since January 2018. Prior to these roles, LaSonya worked at the Birmingham Housing Authority as a Housing Specialist from June 2013 to May 2022, and held the role of City Clerk Treasurer at the City of Brighton. LaSonya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Miles College between 2001 and 2004.
