Peter Crowley

Peter Crowley currently serves as Market President at Synovus, a position held since March 2022, where responsibilities include assisting lenders in portfolio management to enhance client engagement. Prior to this role, Peter was Vice President of Commercial Credit at South Georgia Banking Co from September 2016 to March 2022, focusing on the development of the credit underwriting department, as well as conducting various analyses related to loans and compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Bank Examiner for the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance from June 2010 to September 2016, overseeing state-chartered banks in Georgia. Peter earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Valdosta State University and completed further education at the Georgia Banking School at The University of Georgia.
