Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith is currently the Vice President - Commercial Banker at Synovus, a position held since 2017. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at Colony Bank from 2010 to 2017, managing various roles including Problem Loan Department Manager and SBA Specialist. Stuart also gained experience as a Financial Services Professional at MassMutual Financial Group and as an Associate Claims Adjuster at Canal Insurance Company, both in 2008 and 2009. They are pursuing an M.B.A. at Georgia Southern University and are also enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, along with studying for a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance at The University of Georgia.
