Felix Chong

Felix C. is an experienced executive and delivery lead with a robust background in project management and agile methodologies, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Delivery for North Asia at Synpulse8 since January 2022. Felix C. has also held various leadership roles at Synpulse and Mox Bank, focusing on delivering high-quality products and mentoring cross-functional teams. Previous experience includes senior project management at HSBC Commercial Banking, regional management at AXA Asia, and leading development teams at PCCW Solutions Limited, NCSI (HK) Ltd., and the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department. Felix C. holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Hong Kong, completed in 1999.
