Davis' expertise spans corporate transactions, intellectual property strategy, and M&A, having worked with notable clients like Merck KGaA and Ampersand Capital. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Syracuse University College of Law, they also contribute to the startup ecosystem as an advisory board member for a big data startup.
