Yahya Ali is a Senior ITSM Engineer at SYNTAX IT Group™, bringing a wealth of experience in the information technology and services industry. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and possess strong skills in BMC Remedy ITSM and MS-SQL databases.
