Alisha Patnaik

Alisha Patnaik is a PMP Certified QA Delivery Manager with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management. Currently serving at Syntax, Alisha leads efforts in elevating software testing methodologies and enhancing product quality, leveraging expertise in ServiceNow Administration and Automated Test Framework (ATF). Alisha previously held positions at Wipro Technologies, Tech Mahindra, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, developing a solid foundation in testing and team management. Alisha earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information and Telecommunications from SRM University and continues to pursue education at Sri Chaitanya College of Education.
