Maria Bendik

Maria Bendik has extensive experience in process management and consultancy within the IT sector, particularly at Syntax and T-Systems. As a Process Consultant and later Process Manager at Syntax, Maria handled configuration and contract management and oversaw problem management processes for the Europe region, focusing on process definition, governance, and improvement. At T-Systems, Maria served in multiple roles, including Windows Administrator, Problem Manager, and Global Process Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing problem management processes, conducting root cause analysis, and designing training programs. Maria holds a Master's Degree in Theory and Management of Culture from the University of Presov and additional qualifications in tourism management.
