Shi Rongfeng

Shi Rongfeng is the current COO of Asia at Syntax. Shi has also previously served as the Regional COO of Freudenberg IT Asia from February 2008 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for continual service quality improvement, department strategic business planning, international customer engagement, project management, team leading, and business development support. Prior to this, Shi Rongfeng worked as an SAP Technology Consultant at Freudenberg IT KG from March 2006 to February 2008, where they were responsible for SAP architecture, customer technical support, and hosting infrastructure systematic learning. Shi Rongfeng began their career as a diploma student at Infineon AG in January 2005, where they completed a master's thesis on Fast Resistor Modelling in the Semi-Conductor Industry.

Shi Rongfeng earned a Master's degree in Communications Engineering from Tongji University. Shi also holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the same school. In addition, Shi Rongfeng has several certifications, including a certification from the University of Virginia in BCG | Coursera for Digital Transformation, a certification from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Value Chain Management, and a certification from Standford University in Machine Learning. Shi also has certifications from Alibaba Cloud and APMG in ITIL Expert, as well as from PMI and SAP in PMP and SAP Technology Consultant - Netweaver, respectively.
