Stuart Allison MCIPS

Stuart Allison has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Stuart started their career at AP Precision Hydraulics in 1977 as an ILS engineer and worked there until 1989. In 1988, they joined BAE Systems as an EFA Logistics Engineering group leader, responsible for coordinating LSA work on the Hawk aircraft and collaborating with Eurofighter partner companies. Later, Stuart joined Syntell AB in 1993 as a Business Unit Manager and Senior Consultant, and held that position until 2012. Stuart then became the Head of People and Portfolio at Syntell AB from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Stuart took on the role of Business Area Manager - Commercial Markets at Syntell AB, with responsibilities including full P&L accountability, talent management, and market development. Since November 2016, they have been serving as the Head of ILS Competence Development & Principal Consultant at Syntell AB.

Stuart Allison MCIPS pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Defence Acquisition Management from Cranfield School of Management from 2007 to 2009.
